Jenn Raux Named OCM BOCES School Librarian’s Administrator of the Year
We are absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news with our school community! Our very own Jenn Raux was named the Administrator of the Year by the OCM BOCES School Librarian Association. This prestigious award recognizes an administrator who goes above and beyond to champion literacy, support school libraries, and foster an environment where students can thrive as critical thinkers and lifelong learners.
Anyone who works alongside Jenn knows just how deserving she is of this honor. She has consistently been a fierce advocate for our media centers, understanding that a modern school library is the heart of student collaboration, technology integration, and creative exploration. Thanks to her unwavering support, our library programs continue to grow, innovate, and inspire. These are things that have always been important, but have become increasingly important in a world where technology and innovation are increasing at such a rapid rate.
A great school library needs more than just books, it needs great people running them. We are fortunate to have amazing Library Media Specialists. We also need leaders supporting the libraries to make them. Jenn Raux is exactly that champion for our students and staff."
Please join us in sending a huge congratulations to Jenn Raux on this well-deserved recognition! We are incredibly fortunate to have her leadership, vision, and dedication shaping the future of our school.
